Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MCM Lighting Store. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via FedEx for most items, however the large version of Artichoke Lights are too big for FedEx, so we use our door-to-door carrier Radiant Logistics. Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 10 AM PST)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders using one of our preferred methods. Should you need faster service, then that is extra and we can quote it for you.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, MCM Lighting Store ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Large & Oversized Items
Some larger lighting fixtures and chandeliers may ship via freight carrier. If your order requires freight shipping, we will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and item immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@mcmlightingstore.com with your order number and photos.
- Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 5 business days so we can investigate with the carrier.
